30-year old guard Abdoulaye Harouna (196-G-1992) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked ABC and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 3.
He had the game-high 33 points adding six rebounds and three assists for ABC in his team's victory, helping them to crush US Monastir (2-1) with 16-point margin 90-74. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. ABC is placed at 2nd position in Basketball Africa League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. ABC will need more victories to improve their 2-1 record. In the team's last game Harouna had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at ABC, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Miami University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Harouna is in league's top in points (2nd best: 23.3ppg), assists (9th best: 3.0apg) and averages solid 2.3spg and 58.3% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Aliou Diarra (F-2001) of Stade. He is a forward in his first season at Stade. In the last game Diarra recorded impressive double-double of 20 points and 16 rebounds. Of course he led Stade to another comfortable win outscoring REG (3-1) 84-64. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Diarra is one of the most experienced players at Stade and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.5ppg (#5). He also registered 14.5 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to another Stade's star - guard Kelvin Amayo (193-G-1992, agency: Slash Sports). Amayo showcased his all-around game by recording 14 points, eight rebounds and six assists in the last round. He was another key player of Stade, helping his team with a 84-64 easy win against REG (#1, 3-1). Stade needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Amayo has a great season in Basketball Africa League. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 3.5apg (6th best).
